We do not offer exchanges based on personal preferences, as all outfits are made to order for our valued customers.
No Exchange – No Return – No Refund Policy
Please note that we strictly follow a No Exchange, No Return, No Refund policy, except in the following cases:

The product received is faulty or damaged.

The product is different from the original order (excluding color variations, as colors may appear differently due to studio lighting and screen settings).
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and free from stains, body odors, or perfume scents.

The original product tags must remain intact.

Products purchased on discount or during a sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for paying all shipping and handling charges for exchanges. These charges are non-refundable.
Payment & Cancellations

Payments are processed only through bank transfers, money transfers, or card reversals—we do not process cash refunds.

Orders for ready-stock items are processed within 24 hours. You may cancel your order before midnight on the same day of purchase.

Failed fraud status checks (Online orders undergo a fraud check, and any failure leads to automatic cancellation).
