Order Confirmation

All orders are confirmed via phone call and/or email. Please ensure that you provide accurate and active contact details when placing your order and keep them accessible until your order is successfully delivered.

Priority Orders

For priority orders, please contact us at the provided phone number or email us at support@faconfabrics.com or sales@faconfabrics.com, mentioning “Priority Request” in the subject line. Additional charges may apply based on the nature of your order or delivery location. Priority orders are shipped via Express Shipping.

Delivery Destination

Orders can be delivered to a residential or international address or collected from a specified store. If no one is available to receive the delivery, a note will be left indicating whether the package has been placed in a secure location (e.g., with a neighbor) or returned to the depot.

Once the order is delivered to the specified address, all risks, including loss or damage, transfer to the customer. We are not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control.

International Delivery

Due to legal, regulatory, and logistical restrictions, certain products may not be available for international shipping. FaconFabrics reserves the right to determine which products can be shipped internationally.

Payment: Purchases can be made in US Dollars. International credit card providers may apply exchange rate adjustments and additional processing fees, which will be the responsibility of the cardholder.

Unforeseen delays due to supply shortages, import issues, or unexpected demand may occur. While we will make every effort to keep customers informed, we are not liable for such delays.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Bridal Wear: 8-12 weeks

• High-End Designs: 6-8 weeks

• Pret (Ready-to-Wear): 4-5 working days (subject to stock availability)

If your shipping location is not listed on our website, please call customer service for assistance. If shipping to your location is unavailable, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are based on product weight and vary by destination. The estimated shipping charge will be shown at checkout, but final charges may be recalculated upon dispatch. If the difference exceeds 20%, we will notify you before shipping for any additional payments or refunds.

Shipping Carrier & Express Shipping

We use the most suitable shipping carriers for each transaction:

• Domestic Shipments: Processed through TCS

• International Shipments: Processed via DHL or FedEx

International deliveries via DHL typically arrive within 3-5 working days from dispatch. While we strive for timely delivery, delays due to carriers or unforeseen events are beyond our control. Customers will be notified of any known delays.

Express Shipping is available for orders received between Monday and Thursday.

Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. The recipient may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, or other local levies before receiving the package. These charges vary by country, and customers should verify applicable fees before placing an international order. We do not influence or control these charges.

Cross-border shipments may be subject to inspection by regulatory authorities. We maintain strict confidentiality and only share order-related information when necessary for order processing or compliance with regulations.
